US companies wishing to become Privacy Shield-certified may apply to the US Trade Department to ensure that the company’s privacy policy complies with the high security standards required by Privacy Shield. For non-Privacy Shield-certified recipients, we may transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA using standard data protection measures adopted by the EU Commission.
